The shipment of your package
Packages are generally sent within 2 days of receipt of payment:
- for standard delivery - cost depends of destination country - they are shipped with Poste Italiane, Posta 1, delivery without signature, transit time generally 5/10 days throughout all Europe.
- for express delivery (an additional cost will be applied), they are sent via GLS or UPS with tracking and delivery with signature, transit time generally 3/5 days throughout Italy.
Whichever type of shipment you choose, we will provide you with a link and the shipping number to track your package online.
Shipping costs include handling and packaging charges and postage.
The management costs are fixed, while the transport costs vary depending on the total weight and/or destination country of the shipment.
We advise you to group your items in one order. It is not possible for us to group two separate orders made separately, therefore the shipping costs will be charged for each of them.
The boxes have adequate dimensions and your items are well protected.
